We currently have a form which we manually circulate for signature. Once the
last signature is signed, it goes to the corp office for processing. It
seems like we can do this electronically by attaching the form to an email
and using the voting buttons (approve/reject). I know I can achieve this by
sending an email at the same time to all those who must sign but people
higher in the chain of command may want to see if a subordinate has given
approval before approving it themselves.
I thought about sending the email (with the voting choices) to the first
person and then once I receive it back, forwarding it on to the next person,
however, the tracking tab doesn't seem to follow (which would allow the next
person to confirm that the subordinate gave approval). Plus, even though I
forward the same email, the trackings don't apprear to accumulate so the
final destination (corp) would not be able to see that multiple people
approved the email. Is there a way for me to accomplish what I want or am I
asking too much? Thanks.
