I am guessing that you are asking how to set up a web page with a small
image (foto), or a thumbnail image, that you can click and link to a larger
version of the image.
The short answer to this is to create a folder on your webhost server called
"images" at the same directory level as the index.htm file and the
index_files folder. Upload your large images to that folder. Then insert the
small image into your Publisher webpage, and insert a hyperlink to the large
image such as this:
http://yourdomain.com/images/yourimage.jpg
