Found: a bug in Microsoft's Bug-reporting procedure?

At the Microsoft url,

http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactbug

....Microsoft tells you to call Product Support Services.

....When you tell the support rep you want to report a bug, he says he can't
do it, but refers you to the following URL:

Support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;enus;feedback

....which yields, (at least for me),

"The Requested Web Page is Not Available."

Nope, that's a vicious loop--you figure the MS Wish option is for reporting
bugs, and it takes you back to
http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/?WS=Wish
Where Report a Bug bounces you back to where the OP started, more or less.

MS totally screwed up their website and feedback reporting for everyone, a
few months back. You can try blowing off some steam into the "comment on
this website" option.

&WS=Wish&url=http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;feedbac
k>

Actually, on second thought--that "Send us Questions" link on the feedback
page should also be an appropriate place to complain about the inability to
report bugs.
