Four Different Postcards per Sheet ?

I am creating a mini-book and its postcard size. Is there a way to print 4
different postcards per 81/2 by 11 page. In page set-up it only lets me put
four of the same page per sheet.

Setup your page manually. Landscape, arrange, grid guide tab, 2 rows, 2 columns.
Be aware of your printer margin limitations. In the landscape mode the largest
margin generally is on the right.
