Fowarding Attachments

We've got a problem that has been occuring on Office 2000
installed on Windows 98. When a user tried to open a
message with attachments, they would get an error
saying "Could Not Open One or More Attachments." If you
keep on opening it, eventually the message would open
regularly.

I found Knowledge Base Article Q296065 which solved that
issue. But now when the user tries to forward the
message, the same issue occurs.

We have an Exchange 5.5 server that was recently rebuilt.
This problem did not start until the Exchange Server was
rebuilt.
