Hello All,
I have a user that receives email from a contact that uses Lotus Notes.
My user is on Outlook 2003 SP2 and his default email format is HTML.
When he tries to forward an HTML email from the Lotus Notes contact, it
automatically converts the email to Plain Text. If he manually changes
the format back to HTML, he has to go to the end of any hyperlinks and
hit <Enter> to get them to be hyperlinks again. It appears to only
happen from this one contact (the only one I know of that uses Lotus
Notes). Is there some formatting issue with the Notes email?
We are doing a rolling upgrade from Office XP and the this is the first
incident of this nature we have heard of from our users. Any help is
appreciated.
