FoxPro Driver Not Working

i'm trying to create an ODBC DSN to connect to a MS Visual FoxPro database.
Win XP gives an error saying to go to the below link to download drivers. I
downloaded the 2nd option called "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Visual
FoxPro 9.0 SP1" but it didn't fix the problem.

What do I need to install to access MS Visual FoxPro databases?

I'm really in a bind if i can't create this DSN.
