FP 03 Dynamic Web Template Changes Formatting

I have used a dynamic web template and have attached it to several pages in
my site. Each time I close a page that it is attached to and reopen it, an
extra return is placed at the end and shifts everything down. If I open the
template and correct it it rectifies itself until I close it and reopen it
and then it happens again. Any ideas?
