FP 2000 - Protect feedback form from spam injection

M

Malcolm Walker

The feedback form on my site at: www.sandiwaygolf.co.uk/

is being used to send me spam. I have looked at the Jimco add-ins but I
see that SpamSpoiler is for FP2002 & above.

Where can I find the ways & means to deal with this unwanted intrusion &
protect the email addresses that are of necessity on the site? Any help
or advice will be received with thanks.

Having the same problem with my guestbooks on the sites I maintain. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Use server-side scripting such as ASP, ASP.net, PHP etc. to process your forms, then you will avoid
having your email address on your site, keep in mind that you would have setup new ones at this
point.
