FYI ------

Through a process of elimination I found the following to be true:

Norton Antivirus 2003 WITH all the updates from the internet will cause ASP
pages to stop functioning. (how? I don't know)

Norton Anitvirus 2003 WITH ONLY Antivirus Definitions live update will NOT
cause ASP page to stop.

I'll still keep working on it.
