FP 2002 / E commerce

I need a partner program to go alongside my FP to facilitate e commerce. I
looked at the B central program but it looks like this only works for the USA
- is this correct?

Can you offer me any sites to visit that offer non biased advice on
selecting a software?

Depends on your server OS and what they support (ASP/ASP.Net, PHP, Perl, etc.)
