FP 2002 Themes "disappearing" after upgrading to FP 2003

Hey all,

Here's the deal. I have clients using FrontPage 2002 with themes applied
to individual web pages. These pages also contain a top navigational
"shared" border. After upgrading to FrontPage 2003, the themes and the
navigation bar disappear. I have researched a little bit and found that I
have to re-apply the theme, which is kind of a pain since there are a LOT of
files that do and a LOT of files that don't use the theme. But, I can't
find a way to get the navigation bar back. Any ideas, or best practices on
how to do this?

Thanks,

Chad

In Tools Page Options Authoring are the design time components (shared borders / nav) turned on?
The themes changed in FP 2003 to css as a default see http://sbrenjoy.bizland.com/frontpage/themes/newthemes.html

I do have that turned on, but I don't want to have to go to each site and
re-create the "theme" or the shared borders. Is there a way to have this
automated or tips'n tricks to this?

You shouldn't have to recreate the theme if it is used in the web
- provide a URL of a site where the theme doesn't show
