FP 2002 won't open web anymore

I administer 4 webs, all on the same server. A few days ago, I began
having a problem opening one of these 4 webs from this computer. FP
attempts to open it and stalls on the "Opening http://..." step and
after a minute or so, I'll see the root web and it'll go to "Loading
http://.." and hang again.

After another minute or so, I get the message that my system is "low
on virtual memory". I've adjusted that upward to slightly above the
recommended value with no success. At this point, I have to open the
Task Manager and close FP.

It only happens with this web on this machine; I can open the other 3
webs on that server from this machine just fine. I also installed
FP2002 on my wife's computer and was able to open the problem web
normally and edit, publish, etc. My contact at the host was able to
open it normally also.

Does anyone know what's going on?

Help/ Detect and repair.

If not that, open your local web, hit tools/ web settings/ advanced tab
(there's a checkbox to clear temporary files).
