FP 2003 anomoly

When working on DIW pages created with 2002, or any pages
inserting ASP links to edit records, the hyperlink values
display as:

.../dbeditor/licenses/editor/preview.asp?ID=%3c%
25=FP_FieldURL(fp_rs,%22ID%22)%25%3e

What's up with that?
