FP 2003 Beta wont start

On trying to start FP 2003 Beta 2 I get the message "The
procedure entry point ?
UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL@CUDCDoc@DDW@2QBGB could not be
located in the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll"
FP does not open at all!

FP was working OK earlier. Incidentally, the last thing
done was an update for Office 2003 applied from MS webste
a week ago.

Please help.
