fp 2003: Can't find 'include subwebs' option when publishing

I just upgraded from fp2002 to fp2003 this morning. I can't find the
checkbox to include subwebs when publishing.

I have approximately 40 subwebs on my site and I usually publish 5-6 times a
day.
