Hello,
I use FP2003 without any problem on IIS5, IIS5.1 (and server ext 2002 of
course) since it's available. I tried W2K3 server and IIS6. All seems to work
but when I tried to publish, sometimes FP receives a message that something
went wrong with Sharepoint services, that author should contact admin and
admin should look logs.
Nothing special in the web logs, nothing special in author.log, nothing in
event log...
I tried to work direct in the server (local lan) on the http://servername
I can do everything but when i try to modify a file and save it. I receive
this message and fp2003 consider that it failed. But the file is written in
the site!
It's like the fp server extension returns an error but there is no error...
It's unusable! Note that FP2003 has been tested on several machines (all XP
SP2 last fixes and on the W2K3 server sp1 last fixes) Of course I removed and
reinstalled from scratch IIS6 and FPSE...
Nothing exists in any knowledge base, look that I'm the only one on this
planet!
