FP 2003 upload error message

Hello, after many problem free website uploads using FP2003 the message
below appears after the data has been sent. This effectively cancels the
upload - why should this message appear all of a sudden? Thanks...Mark

The server sent a response which FrontPage could not parse. If you are
trying to connect to a Windows SharePoint Services server, check with the
server's administrator to make sure Windows SharePoint Services is installed
properly.
