FP 2003 won't let me publish. Files in conflict. Also error mess.

[Please Help!]

I have been trying to update site. First would not accept password. Fixed.
Now files in conflict and error message of cannot find folder "Blitz". Any
Idea's. Going crazy trying to fix. Web tech's no help.

I've been trying to update a site that I'm working on as well. I keep
getting the error " The requested URL /history.htm was not found on this
server." Can someone explain this to me?
