FP 2K hangs AFTER done Publishing

FP 2K will Publish fine, but once done, it hangs. A CTL-ALT-Del = [not
responding], and I have to End Task, restart Fp and edit and Publish and
repeat the procedure after each Publish.

However, if I use another computer, same site, same FP version same OS
(98SE), it Publishes fine.
Checked Firewalls, No proxy used, in fact, both comps are identical
settings - yet one FP2K hangs.

If you are using a laptop to do this, check your RAM. It happened to me
when I was upgraded my RAM on my laptop. It kept on doing it over and
over but in a ramdom way so that I couldn't figured out what was
happening for a while. I finally troubleshoot the problem and found that
when I removed the new RAM I installed the problem stopped. Some RAM can
lock up your FP for some strange reason.

If you have not upgraded your RAM before this problem started happening,
I don't know what can be causing it.
