One other question, is MS planning on getting rid of FP since they have
discontinued certs? I have FP 2003 beta so I guess it will be a couple of
years or so if they do.

Who knows? Things may evolve...however I think FrontPage will continue to be

while they don't have the cert. they do have a "registered web presence
developer" or WPD program for FrontPage. I don't have the link but if you
search you'll find it.
