FP discussion groups - duplicate postings

There is a known issue with discussion groups created in FrontPage (I use FP
2003). It is: when a user posts a message to the group, it will often post
twice. NOTE: The Submit button is being pressed only once (I myself have
posted test messages with the same result).

Anyone aware of this issue, or have a fix?
