The next step after checking to see if the FPSE was
installed is to check to see if they are activated on the
website. This would be done using the IIS snap in for MMC.
After the site is extended and configured, then you can
publish via http and the search should work.
You should be able to open the site directly in FP, and not
need to use IE and edit
: Ok, I finally found FP extension, it has a checkmark, then
it is installed on
: the server. Next step...open the instranet site in FP. I
opened up the site
: on IE and clicked on "edit with FP", it asked for the
username and password,
: I have the full rights to the folder so I used my username
and password, then
: it opened only the page and have no access to the folders.
What change do I
: have to make to see the folders? Which username and
password should I be
: using.
