FP FTP Publishing

I use FP2003. My ISP has just activated FP2003 extensions. Before they
were activated I publishing using FP FTP

Now when I publish with FP FTP I still get warning messages about the
extensions not working, but as far as I can see, the extensions work OK
apart from a couple of minor glitches with 2 linkbars.

I have tried to publish with full FP FP publishing option and the publish
process appeared fine. However, I suspect that when I publish with FP FP
the pages go into a different folder, because what I publish does not appear
on my www.URL.

My question is it worthwhile trying to get full FP FP publishing
operational, or will it make no difference because FP FTP is a good as FP FP
pubishing?

If your host has enabled extensions "Do Not" publish using ftp:// because you will corrupt the extensions.
Always publish using http:// when publishing to a server with extensions.

Have your host repair the extensions, and then publish your "Entire" site using http://
