FP pop ups... can I change the title?

my FP pop-ups always get listed with a title of
"microsoft internet explorer"

is there no way to change this title?

the code lists as

What does your message pop up in.
A new window, a dialog.??

Ah OK.

That is a javascript alert.
There is no way to change the title on an alert box.
