FP Publishing Problem! Need Advice!Rick Budde? or anyone!

I keep getting this error message when attempting to publish my web site

Unable to open "http://xxxmy site namexxx.com"
Server error:Accessing HTTP servers requires 32-bit TCP/IP networking, which is no
installed or may be misconfigured. Would you like to see help on how to install it
Possible causes
1. The web server may not have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed
2. The web server may be temporarilily out of service
3. If you are connecting through a proxy server, the proxy settings may be incorrect
4. An error may have occurred in the web server

If this server does not support the FrontPage Server Extensions, FrontPage may still be
able to publish to the server via FTP

I am running FP 2002 on Windows ME using Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1, with McAfee Security Suite. I have never published to my site before, and definitely not with FTP. My server is with Yahoo and is Frontpage2002 ready. I have not contacted the site administrator, Yahoo has only sent "dummy" troubleshooting instructions which are already posted all over their web hosting site and do not address the problem

Could some of you experts give me some real help

Disable McAfee Security and then try connection to your site directly in FP using File Menu | Open
Web and enter http://www.yourdomainname.com
