FP Views Button won't work in Open Web

My Views button in the Open Web dialog box won't work.
It is grayed out. When I try to OPEN WEB, NETWORK
PLACES the folders are completely out of order and I
can't put them back like they've been for months. I've
tried Detect and Repair to no avail. What should I do?
