FP with Opera and FireFox

I have published a site using FP2002 which has a Flash
header. I am finding the header and navigation areas do
not appear in Opera or Firefox - they are ok in IE.

Does this have something to do with the extensions?

AS: Flash has nothing to do with FP server extensions.
