FP2000 Help does not work...

even after a complete re-install from the OEM CD.

Is there some place that the Help might have gotten turned off?

The icon appears in the bar at the bottom of the screen, but if clicked (or
double clicked), instead of opening the Help, the icon just blinks.

Is anyone out there?
