FP2000 Installation Failure

FP 2000 "Installation Ended prematurley because of an
error".

I suspect it is because I am running IE6 (os =W98 SE

From FP....MsiExec.txt

DEBUG: Error 2826: Control GreyBar on dialog
PreActionDialog extends beyond the boundaries of the
dialog to the right by 1 pixels
Internal Error 2826: Please contact product support for
assistance.
Info 2898. Tahoma8BlackBold, Tahoma, 1

DEBUG: Error 2836: The control Restore on the dialog
FatalError can not take focus
Internal Error 2836: Please contact product support for
assistance.
Action 20:51:03: FatalError. Dialog created
