FP2000/Xp Pro - style sheets

Rob

Hi all

I have googled quickly the group for an answer to my fp2000 now not saving a
css after upgrading to xp pro. It seems it is a known XP issue. Can you
please confirm that, apart from using Notepad, upgrading to FP2002 would fix
this. I read I could use Topstyle but the FP editor is handy. Also, I have
had issues with 2002 extensions and duplicated content. I publish to UNIX
with 2000 extensions no problem. Would FP 2002 alter the extensions on my PC
or is that a Windows thing?

Basically I don't want to upset what is working.

Thanks for your help

1. FP2002 will work just fine with FP2000 extensions, you will just not be
able to use any of the new features in FP2002 that require the FP2002
extensions.

2. No one has indicated any issues with FP2002 and CSS files under Windows
XP, just FP2000 under Windows XP.

Thank you for your very quick, concise reply.

Looks like 2002 upgrade then.

Thanks again

You would be better off upgrading to FP 2003.
