FP2002 - "new" problem logging into RR account

I've been using FP2002 for the last couple of years with no problems
maintaining my web site. However, last night when I attempted to make an
update, it would not successfully log in. It keeps responding that my home
requires a userid and password. If I manually use an FTP connect, it works
fine with the same account and password. I tried with the firewall
disabled, still no joy. Any suggestions of how to get this one corrected?
