FP2002 not setting image height & width attributes

When I insert an image in FP2002 (on XP Home) it does not include the
height and width attributes for the image. It used to do this reliably
AFAIR whenever I inserted an image.

If I go into the Properties -> Picture and click "specify size" it
will add the attributes. But, I used to only need to do this when I
wanted to have an altered image size (not actual size) - otherwise it
put the actual size attributes on there automatically (again AFAIR).

Help? Is it me, or my memorex? Is this a "feature" of FP2002?

Save the page and it should set the attributes
