How did you publish/upload your site to the live/remote server?
Do not use the function to publish/upload individual pages, use the Change Pages Only option of the
Publish command.

And, yes, the page appears in the navigational structure in the nav view.

The top border is being shown in the page - but is the page in the
navigation view? If not, the banner and navigation will be blank, as
you see it.

No, it has not been corrected. You were looking at the wrong page. Scroll to
and click on the link at the very bottom of that page and you will see that
there is no banner/nav buttons at the top of the next.
