FP2002 wants to recalculate links each time web's opened

I recently changed a subweb into a folder. The subweb only
contained about two sub-folders and fewer than 100 files
altogether, including a few small gifs.

Now whenever I open the web in FP2002, a notice pops up
saying it needs to recalculate. Though I give it
permission to do so every morning, it still pops up.

I work live on the web site, which is hosted on a Unix
machine with FP extensions installed. I use a Windows 2000
PC.
