FP2003 and browser compatibility

I've really enjoyed learning from many of the points made in this forum, but
I don't think I've quite figured out how to fix my issue with text aligning
on Mozilla/Netscape -- although I suspect it has to do with my use of layers.
I'd appreciate any help with the code. As you can tell by my site, I don't do
this for a day job, but am trying to learn. Thanks.

Yes, the layers may look different on different browsers. Why do you need
them? Why not just use regular tables and cells to hold your content?
