FP2003 BETA: ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND

I successfully installed FP2003 Beta. However when I open
it is get the following message:

FRONTPG.EXE-ENTRY POINT NOT FOUND. The procedure entry
point ?UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL@CUDCDoc@DDW@@2QBGB could not
be located in the dynamaic link library fpcutl.dll.

I then uninstalled FP and reinstalled- same message. And
I uninstalled and reinstalled for a third time- same
problem.

Ideas?

Try a Reinstall and make sure your OS / machine qualify for the beta
