FP2003 cell formating corners and shadows

Hi I have created a DWT uses tables and I used cell corners and shadows to
make seizable backgrounds for text in in the tables it works great in IE 6
and 7 but when I look at the page in Safari or Google's chrome browser it is
scrambled and the corners are in the wrong spot I have gone to using jpegs
for the background but they are not resize on there own This is what they
currently look like www.yellowfinyachts.com/29_sf.htm with the corner and
shading background it resized to fit the type
Thanks

Background images do not resize. Using Corner and Shading, I find the
corners and shadows break in IE7 and 8, as well as in other browsers.
Corners should work in all circumstances, but the shadows are guaranteed to
break whenever the font size is changed - and if you use points for your
font size, different browsers will use different interpretations of points.
The browser has to translate points into pixels - and Opera, FireFox and IE
use three different ratios for this.

A working link to a page will help give better advice.
