FP2003 - Default location for ASP.NET control assemblies

John

In FrontPage 2003 (under Tools/Options/ASP.NET) there is a box where
you can enter "Default location for ASP.NET control assemblies". What
is this for? I can'tr seem to find any references for this box or the
one below it.

Thanks.

This specifies a folder that contains compiled versions of
any ASP.NET user controls available to the entire Web
server. This includes SharePoint Web Parts, which are a
type of user control.

If you leave this box blank. you get the system default,
which is usually the correct choice.
