FP2003 Error

Whenever i open pages in FP2003 I get the following error:

"Couldn't open file c:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\FrontPage TempDir\xxxxxxxx.htm"

The name of the HTM file varies but it's really annoying me.. If i press OK
to this message anywhere from once to 10 times it eventually goes away and
the page opens although any Included Pages do not open within the web page.

Can anyone help with this?

I've installed OFfice 2003 Service Pack 1 but that was no help.

Currently that is a known bug w/o a fix

anyone know a KB article for this so i can watch for when a fix is released?
Anyone from MS know when a fix for this is expected? I'm happy to help
testing of fixes..
