fp2003 format/background greyed out

I am opening my site live and replublishg to localhost on my hard
drive....so far I've successfully done this to several of the sites, but
this one has got me crazy - for some reason, the background tab is all
greyed out under the page properties/format .... how do I get this back?

Hi Pam,

Check to see if you have a theme applied..if you do that function will be
grayed out.

thought about that after I sent this and searched on the web and couldn't
find anything..and YEP that was it... remove the theme - and then since
there are umpteen pages that have the same background...reinstalled the
jimco addin in for multipe page background additions....did that...but it
didn't work..
am going to try that again though
