FP2003: Interpret the images in front of filenames

After switching from FP2000 to FP2003 I see a lot of differences.

Q1: Is there a link to a page that explains the various images in
front of filenames? Like - one hit counter cnt file has a little x in
the lower right corner. I initially thought it meant the counter was
broken -- but it works.

Q2: One thing seemed strange to me. I tried to publish a web from my
ISP's server to a new web on my local computer. Frontpage 2003 showed
the ISP's location as "local" and my local computer as "remote". What
would be the thinking behind that?

On Q2: The first site (location) you open in FP2003, is your Local and the one you are publishing to
is the Remote.

On Q2, the little red x means do not publish.

The x I was referring to is not in the publish view. It is a hit count
file in folder view at: _private/forums.htm.cnt.

That was just an example. What I am really looking for is a web page
or document that shows the whole array of what is indicated by the
graphic in front of filenames in folder view of FP 2003.
