FP2003 Must Install New Features Every Time it is Run

I just replaced my hard disk, and am having to reload everything. (Ugh!)

When I reloaded FP2003 everything went smoothly. However, whenever I run it
it has to stop to "Load a feature". I don't know what this feature is, or
how to configure my way out of it. Sometimes I have to feed it the CD in
order to run the program.

Does anybody have an idea what is going on?

You need to keep inserting the CD or re-install and select to have all options run from the HD.

Leave the CD in the machine and let it finish what it's doing and then it
shouldn't happen again.

I did leave it in, but the installation routine still runs every time I run
the program.
