FP2003, Server 2003, IIS installed. Now what?

Hi all,

I just installed IIS on a MS 2003 Server, pointed my router to the
server's IP address, etc. I am able to view the website by typing the
router's IP address into IE browser, however I cannot edit/access using
Frontpage 2003.
I installed FP extensions already.

I am not sure how to configure the server so that I can access properly
using FP2003. Is it through IIS manager or do I have to set
permissions on the wwwroot folder or what?

I'm sure this is a very simple thing, just need pointed in the right
direction.

Thanks in advance.

Open FP then, File-->Open web. For web, enter the URL. Try all of the
following to see which one works or does not work

http://localhost
if using the server

http://27.0.0.1
if using the server

http://fulldomain_site_name
e.g.
http://www.mysite.com
http://myserver.domain.com
this on should work from any computer with access to the network/site

http://shortname
e.g.
http://myserver
this one should work on an intranet

If FPSE is installed, and you can't open it, then you may need to
configure IIS, FPSE admin settings, network or server settings, or
security settings.
