FP2003 - Shared Border Linkbar Navigation

Using FP2003. My left shared border looks great when I am looking at
my local website -- BUT IT DOES NOT SHOW UP ON MY REMOTE SITE.

I have deleted everything from the remote site and reloaded. Still
nothing. Comments, Solutions
