FP2003 Shared Borders possible solution

D

Many people are having problems with shared borders in FP03. I don't have
time to convert everything to DWT. I did find one thing that worked - there
were two <head> tags above the shared borders code (<meta name="Microsoft
Border" content="tlb, default">) I removed the two <head> tags and ended
three hours of frustration!!!!!
