FP2003 Shared Navigation Bar - Editing?

I've created a site from a template and included a shared nav bar. The
trouble is, I now want to edit the name of one of the buttons. Having
searched here, I should be able to go into Navigation view and the edit the
page, hence change the button name. My problem is, in Navigation - I can only
see the Home page...

The site is www.grahamclark.biz, BTW (nothing fancy).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Well, d'oh - I don't even have a shared border page!!! I've looked at the
files on the host server and there is a file named navbar.nav but it appears
to contain nothing (not even html). Would it be quicker (and easier) to
recreate a navbar?
