FP2003/Vista - Multiple File Selection

I have an odd bug in FP. If I try to use ctrl-select to select more
than two files in the Folder List, it starts shutting off previous
selections. So, I can select one file, then a second, then a third -
but when I select the third it shuts off the second file. If I select
what would be the fourth file, it shuts off the second selection. I
can never have more than two files selected using the ctrl key.

I can select a contiguous list with the shift key - but if I try to
get another file with the ctrl key, it starts shutting off files from
the shift list.

Anyone else? Any fixes?
