frame colors

Here's a quick question:

I have a page that has 2 frames in it.

in teh one frame, I have nothign but links to other pages whic display in
the upper frame.
Some of the pages have different colored backgrounds.

When I have a page in teh upper frame display, how can I get the bottom
frames' background color to change to match?

You can't because you are working with individual pages.
