Frame Problem with Gantt Chart

I created a Gantt chart with 26 tasks. When I inserted a new task at the
top, it shortened the frame back to the default of 5 tasks and about 20 of
the task are below the frame. How do I get them back within the boundary of
the frame?

The option for number of tasks is shaded in and I can't change it.
